Privacy

This explains what Swaddle Home Cleaning collects when you use this site, ask for the four weeks or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number, email and the address of the home to be cleaned.
  • Your due date or birth date, and the size of your home.
  • How we get in: whether you will be home, and any lockbox code or key location you give us.
  • Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

  • To text you the open weeks and a written price, to schedule your visits and to clean your home.
  • To text you before each visit and send a note afterward.
  • To answer questions, handle a missed-area or breakage report, and keep our records.

Text messages

When you check the box on a form, you agree to receive texts about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop marketing texts. We still text you about a visit you have booked.

Who sees it

Khadija, Elisa and Nhi see your name, address, access notes and list. We use service providers for scheduling, texting and payment, and they handle your data only for us. We do not sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires, or to deal with an insurance claim.

Door codes and keys

Codes and key locations are shared only with whoever is coming to your home, for your visits, and we delete them from our schedule when your plan ends.

Your choices
